As Co-Founder, Brian Haugli helps shape the strategic vision for the RealCISO platform and is aids in driving sales and partnerships. He holds 20+ years of experience supporting government agencies and private corporations as a senior cybersecurity leader or CISO. A published author, he wrote a book on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF). He also teaches Incident Response as a professor for the master’s program at Boston College. Brian co-founded RealCISO after recognizing the need for an easy-to-use, lower-cost platform to truly empower mid-market companies to better understand their security posture. Outside of work, you can find him reading non-fiction books by Jack Kerouac, Henry David Thoreau, or Tom Wolfe.
